"Recently got an order for both savoury and sweets. Very disappointed as they did not send part of my order. Customer service is terrible and still waiting for a refund. I doubt if I will get it as the lady at the other end kept saying we are very busy. Agreed they are busy for the festive season but customers like myself we have paid for our order and postage for delivery. They should do the right thing and refund fully including the postage. Maybe train the staff to be more courteous, polite empathetic . I will not be ordering again. Xx"
